Built for endurance ice racing where a lost fender ends your race, the XeroFour carbon fiber
ice fender combines carbon fiber stiffness with Kevlar impact reinforcement to take direct
hits from studded tires, bar ends, and ice chunks without cracking. Same full-coverage
wrap-around profile as our plastic fender: no screws visible head-on, curved cross-section,
passes AMA tech.
The Rev2 layup matches the maximum-coverage shape of our plastic fender, so you get the
largest fender coverage on the market at the lowest weight.
Fits: Front or rear, 18”–21” wheels, universal. Mounts with XeroFour universal hoops, CNC
fork mounts, and model-specific rear axle blocks.

FAQ
Why Kevlar? Straight carbon is stiff but can shatter on stud strike at -10°F. The Kevlar
layer keeps the fender intact through impacts so you are not black-flagged mid-race.
Is carbon fiber worth it over plastic? For endurance ice racing and riders chasing
championships, yes: less unsprung-adjacent weight and higher stiffness at temperature.
