Shipping and Returns

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States 

We do not currently offer expedited shipping online. If you need an item to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before ordering

Items will have an availability status and estimated ship date on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Some products will be marked Ships Within 24 Hours". These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

Some items will be marked "Ships within 3-5 days". These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment. 

Most orders will be shipped UPS, however we do utilize USPS, FedEx.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Speed

Currently, we only offer one shipping speed which is fast standard shipping which is typically one to five business days. If you are looking for a faster shipping speed, please contact us at before placing an order.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $20 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 1-2 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility. If we are unable to ship your item to a PO Box, we will contact you.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will typically ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. 

Additional Fees May apply when shipping to areas outside of the contingent 48 US states. 

    International Orders

    Please contact prior to placing your order. 

    Orders shipping to an International destination will typically ship via USPS or UPS. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. 

    Additional shipping fees will apply for international orders and will be calculated at checkout. 

    The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. 

    Oversize Items

    Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. 

    Delivery Policy

    Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. . If you absolutely need a signature or do not need a signature, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

    Lost/Stolen Orders

    Once your package leaves our shipping department, Xerofour LLC is not held responsible for errors made within the shipping service, provided by USPS, FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Logistics. We do not refund, nor send replacements for items that are marked "delivered", Xerofour LLC will not refund nor replace any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.

    Xerofour LLC provides tracking information as soon as possible for all products in each order. Please refer to this email for tracking information to assure someone is available to receive the package, or there is a safe place for your package to be delivered to. 

    Xerofour LLC policy is to ship orders with shipping insurance to cover the value of the order to achieve the greatest confidence in your purchase!

    Xerofour LLC will assist in placing a claim with the shipping company on your behalf to recoup the value of the products that have been stolen or lost during shipping. If this claim is successful, we will promptly provide replacement product for your order.

    In the event that the customer places the claim with the shipping company, Xerofour LLC will not issue any refunds or ship replacement products regardless of the claim status. The Shipping company will pay you directly if your claim is accepted, and XeroFour LLC is unable to submit a claim on packages once one is already opened. Please contact us first if you are unsure of the claims process.
